Commission (2015): A Framework Strategy for a Resilient Energy Union with a Forward-Looking Climate Change Policy

In February 2015 the Commission published a communication on the Energy Union package entitled ‘A Framework Strategy for a Resilient Energy Union with a Forward-Looking Climate Change Policy’ (COM(2015) 0080).
The package states that the goal of the Energy Union is ‘to give EU consumers — households and businesses — secure, sustainable, competitive and affordable energy’.
