The objective of this work is to determine the conditions that have to comply with a coherent framework of taxation, water, and energy in a context of climate change. Among all the productive sectors. In fact, from the release of the energy market to the elimination of the R rate for irrigation, the electric bill for irrigators has become more expensive. Between 2007 and 2018 the average price of electric power for irrigation has grown significantly. Here one can calculate the impact of water and energy costs for irrigation on the regiment crops and the differences in the regions as the basis for the argument in favor of a coherent regulation of water and energy taxation.
